Notice is hereby given of a public meeting to solicit public comment regarding the intent of the Sonoma County Fire District to apply for United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Funding.
Project One funding in the amount of $50,000.00 for the purpose of completing communications equipment improvements. The total cost of the project is about $103,500.00 with an applicant contribution of $53,500.00.
Project Two funding in the amount of $18,246.00 for the purpose of completing emergency response equipment upgrades. The total cost of the project is about $70,376.00 with an applicant contribution of $52,130.00
The public meeting will be held on November 15, 2022, at 2:00pm at Sonoma County Fire District, 8200 Old Redwood Highway, Windsor, CA 95492. For additional application information go to www.sonomacountyfd.org.
The public is encouraged to attend and offer comments regarding the Projects and USDA funding applications.
