Career History: John started in the fire service in 2001 as an Explorer and Reserve Firefighter with Healdsburg Fire Department. He then worked as a seasonal Firefighter with Marin County Fire Department and CalFire. He became a full-time Firefighter with Sonoma County Fire District in 2017 and promoted to Engineer in 2019.
