Bio: Rob and his wife Stephanie were married in 1993 and live on a family farm in Fulton. Their daughter and son are the 5th generation to the certified sustainable farm, Bisordi Ranch and Vineyards and both were Fire Explorers. Son Robbie is currenly serving his 5th year as a Volunteer Firefighter. Rob and Stephanie received the Sonoma County Economic Development Board's 20th Annual Spirit of Sonoma Award and the July 2020 PD North Bay Spirit Award for the "Lunches for Livesavers" program.

Educational Background: Rob attended the Santa Rosa Junior College and has begun the certification process through the State Fire Marshalls Office.

Career History: Rob started in the fire service as a Volunteer Firefighter with Rincon Valley Fire Protection District and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection District in 1988. In 1998, Rob was hired as a Firefighter/Engineer with Rincon Valley, promoted to Captain in 2002 and most recently promoted to Battalion Chief in 2020 with the Sonoma County Fire District. Rob assists with several projects that include the Explorer Post and equipment committee. Rob is also a member in the Sonoma County Fire Investigation Task Force and is a Strike Team/Task Force leader.
