Career History: Ryan started as an Explorer in 1999 and became a Volunteer in 2000 for Rincon Valley Fire Protection District. Ryan was hired full-time as an Engineer in 2004, promoted to Captain in 2016 and promoted to Battalion Chief in 2021.
