Educational Background: Tom holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Santa Rosa Junior College in 1995 and obtained his EMT in 1994.
Career History: Tom started as a paid Firefighter with Eureka Fire Department in the late 1990's and promoted to Engineer in 2004. While at Eureka Fire Department, Tom as a part of the Haz Mat team and fire investigation team. Tom was hired at Windsor Fire in 2007 as a lateral Engineer. While at Windsor, Tom took part in apparatus maintenance, station maintenance and was on the apparatus committee. Post consolidation, Tom maintains our gas monitors and calibration, breathing air compressor tests and maintenance and station maintenance.
