Educational Background: Travis attended the Santa Rosa Junior College fire program.
Career History: 1996-1998 Fire Explorer for San Rafael Fire, 1998-1999 Volunteer Firefighter for Tiburon Fire, 1999-2011 Gold Ridge Fire (started as a Volunteer/Sleeper, promoted to Engineer part-time in 2004, promoted to part-time Captain in 2006, 2008 hired full-time as an Engineer until 2011. 2011-2019 Lieutenant with Bennett Valley Fire District. Travis also worked as a resident Firefighter with Windsor Fire in 2002.
