Bio: Steven was born in Torrance, CA. Luckily for him, when he was two years old, his family moved to Santa Rosa where he grew up. He enjoys physical activities that allow him to be outdoors such as running, climbing, surfing, hiking and scuba diving. Steve is also an avid traveler who has visited 5 continents and lived in both Africa and Asia.

Educational Background: Steve attended CSU Chico where he graduated with a BA in Archaeology. He then attended Palomar College in San Diego where he completed their Paramedic Program and Fire Academy.
Career History: Steve briefly worked as an Archaeologist for the Department of the Interior. He then worked as a long term substitute in special education while he was completing his EMS education. His fire career began in Southern California where he was a non-safety EMT and then Paramedic for the Escondido Fire Department.
